These terms govern your use of Trade Booking. A plain-English starting template — have it reviewed before relying on it commercially.
Trade Booking provides software for trades businesses to manage bookings, invoicing and accounts. We provide it "as is" and aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. You must have the right to store any customer data you add. You must not use the service unlawfully or to send spam.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial, no card required. After that, continued use requires a subscription (£20/month for the Accounts product unless stated otherwise). You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Where you take customer deposits through the service, you are responsible for honouring and (where applicable) refunding them. VAT and tax figures are tools to assist you — you remain responsible for your own tax compliance and submissions.
You own the data you put in. You can export or delete it. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms or the service; significant changes will be notified. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland/England & Wales as applicable, and disputes are subject to the relevant UK courts.
